The Rohingya say that APBns' illegal extortion is one of the main causes of refugees going to Malaysia by waterway

APBns enter Rohingya's tents like robbers at night and take them illegally and extort hundreds of thousands of money through the respective Mazis and release some of them, while some are sent to jail by creating a WY case or some other cases. However, if some Rohingyas complain to the CiC office that APBns has wrongfully arrested one of their family members and is asking for a large amount of money, APBns has to transfer those unjustly arrested people to the CiC office, but after a few days, the Rohingyas are forced to pay the amount of money that was previously demanded from the arrested people through the Marzis because of that the Rohingya cannot stay in the camp and have to go to Malaysia by waterway, told the Rohingya to Camps Update News (CUN). 

The life safety, development, etc... of the refugees in the refugee camp; CiC is the most responsible and high-ranking authority for all matters, so all levels of government authorities, including CiC, must be issued by the Bangladesh government to issue a law that states that any refugee arrested for any reason must be notified to the CiC office and then arrest. The Rohingyas living in the refugee camps continue to say that the efforts of NGOs / INGOs and international Rohingya activists will save the Rohingya refugees from the unlawful persecution of the APBns.
